Hipshot Customer Service Appreciation

I know Hipshot products are good, but their customer service is even better. I've had a slight intonation problem on my A style bridge because I have it strung EADGC (which makes the problem completely my fault). Before trying to grind the screw down I thought I'd email Hipshot. Lo and behold they're sending me a single, shorter screw completely free of charge to fix the problem. With this, and how quickly they fixed an earlier issue, I'm probably never going to buy from anyone else ever again.

Tension-adjusting cap screws on the Ultralites: they're easy to round-out if not careful...and apparently I wasn't.

Love me some Hipshot stuff. I'm sold on UltraLite Tuners and A-Style Bridges. Gonna try one of their new Kick-Ass bridges first chance I get.

Very helpful customer service. Even though they don't list replacement parts for their stuff, they have them available and they're very affordable! Quick communication, and never a problem with Hipshot!

Agree. I got a new bass (used) as a trade in, a set-screw was missing on the A-style bridge.
I only asked for the set screw size, they responded and sent out a few spares and an allen wrench.

Great service.

My issue was tuner bushings. I offered to pay for an 18mm set, but they wouldn't let me.

They get my business from now on, that's for sure.
