How do I create an alert?

I see the Alert section in my personal details, but I can't find any instructions on how to create an alert. For example, I'd like to receive an email when "precision neck" exists in the title of a new post in the "For Sale: Parts, Strings, and Accessories" forum. Is that possible? Thanks!

You don't want Alerts, you want Keyword Alerts.

• Set a name for the alert and when you want to be emailed about it
• Enter the word(s) you actually want searched
• Use white list to specify a specific subforum for the alert to pay attention to
• Click save

I was able to use the link. Are you a Supporting member? Maybe that's required? Just guessing...GL

Yeah, that was the solution. I signed up as a Supporting member.

im a supporting member, and the above links say "The requested page could not be found"
I believe the mods are working on this
