How do I get that Timmy C. Fat drive tone?

Hey guys! I'm looking into this specific tone and it sounds shaging awesome! Here's an example of it: you can hear it dropping at 2:53 . I'm guessing that I need an overdrive pedal? Which one is the question... (You can also hear this tone on the song "Testify") (Maybe a distorsion pedal?)

Timmy had mainly 2 drive tones he used back in the day. He drove his svt2 pro and he made his homemade distortion pedal. For his drive tone, I would recommend the Reiner Gasoline and for his distortion sound I would recommend the mxr bass distortion on the led clipping mode.
He now uses a 3 amp head rig with a svt-vr, a svt2 pro and a orange ad200 all set at different gain amounts in addition to his homemade distortion.
