Hi there TBers, I just want to pass a list of to do things to be the best seller and most trusted on TB.
1. Have a shipping box before you post. Nothing is more annoying then someone wanting payment and it's 4 days until it ships because they are looking for a box. Ship within 2 days with updates.
2. Describe the piece well in text and pics. Lots of communication and updates. Don't be embarrassed to mention that chip or ding and document it. That covers you and the buyer.
3.Don't take offense with people asking questions. They can't hold it in there hands so they get nervous. Some PMs may be dumb but keep the conversation on an adult and civil level.
4. Make sure it's packed well and send tracking asap to make the buyer feel secure. Track the package yourself so your in the loop if the buyer ask a question.
5. This is the biggie. Lots of communication and followup to make sure the item was OK and the buyer is happy. This is where if there is a problem you can usually work it out with dialogue. Don't avoid your buyer it will only make it worse and bad feedback is coming your way.
And these few simple steps is why I have over 500 positive feedbacks on 3 sites and you can too. This is not a bragging thing it's just putting a little pride in what you do. It will be very rewarding in more ways then you know.
Blessings
