How to get this sound? Sustain? Ultra linear amp?

I was listening to this vinyl I had
There’s this part I’m trying to figure out how to sonicly achieve that sound

Sustain pedal?
Ultra linear amp?
Over drive ?

The rig I’m using is a
70 ampeg v4
67 ampeg b15

I have a couple of pedals
Fuzzwar/big muff/ proco Rat/ ocd

Let me know what you guys think

Interesting modulation effect in there! My guess is a bass that naturally sustains well, through an overdrive, plus some sort of echo unit to make the "tremolo" effect. The echo device could maybe be a Roland Space Echo or a modern emulator of one of those, set to fast repeats and some feedback.
