How To Wire a Push/Pull Tone Pot

Like some advice on wiring a Push/Pull Tone control into the circuit.
When the pot is in the "DOWN POSITION" I'd like a .1mf cap engaged
and when the pot is in the "PULL UP POSITION" I'd like a .047mf cap to be engaged.
Any suggestions & diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

That's not a push-pull pot, that's a double-ganged pot, basically two potentiometers on a common shaft.
