How to wire the HPF/LPF active preamp circuit from my Aria Pro II Laser Electric Classic?

So I decided to gut my Aria Pro II Laser Electric Classic for it's active circuit, an active high pass filter and low pass filter run on 18V controlled by one tone knob with a mid position lock.

The reason is that I now use my Aria Pro II strung and set up as a 4 string baritone slide guitar, never use the active circuit anyway, and thought an active HPF/LPF would be useful in pedal form for my main bass.

Now however I am not entirely sure where which wires goes where and how to turn it into a pedal, and if I need to include a volume control somewhere too in the mess of wires beside the tone control that is already partly connected.

So if anyone have any idea how what would connect to what it would be much appreciated.

And don't worry I took some shots and even draw some numbers of the wires to help, both me explain which wires I do in fact know do what, and for you to hopefully better be able to instruct me in how to go on with this project:

Now here is what I know and what I assume:

(Note that the pot in the picture is the tone pot)

1 goes to 10
2
goes to 11
5
and 6 are hot wires to the battery, 7 is cold to the battery

Also even if it's a bit hard to tell from the picture 8 is a ground that goes to the housing of the tone pot.

I assume 4 is hot and originally was connected with the volume and I know for a fact that 3 was connected to the pickup switch whatever that means.

Now what I exactly need to know to be able to finish this project is following:

1. Should the volume pot go in somewhere in that equation?
2. If yes how should the volume pot then be connected?
3. What wires would I connect to the input jack of my HPF/LPF box?
4. What wires would I connect to the output jack of my HPF/LPF box?

And here's some additional pictures of the active circuit from my Aria Pro II that I placed in an album in the media section of this forum, if any help to help me:
