Double Bass I don't know why, but I'm blanking about how to play this.

I'm totally blanking on how I would go about playing measures like the on at 75, where I have a quarter notes being slurred on the same note. I was thinking I could play it like a whole note but with slight accents on the downbeats but I'm really not sure. I'm sure I've seen this rhythm before but that was years ago, when I was first learning double bass. All help is appreciated. By the way, the piece is an abridged version of the Brandenburg Concerto No. 3.

The idea is to gently re-articulate the notes, not pulse them, a sort of articulated legato. Some call it portato. Whether or not this is what Bach intended when he wrote a slur over groups of the same note is debatable. Older editions and manuscripts have the slur but not the dashes.
Although this is a highly edited and abridged version, there is some of this kind of bowing in normal editions.
