I may have done an oopsie with my neck

Let's say someone (me) left their bass with a broken low E string, so essentially with 3 strings for, 3-4 months, right? Here's the big question - did the neck in any way become warped or anything like that seeing as the tension isn't equal on it? And would it fix itself if I put on new strings and left them on with standard tuning for some time?

Change your strings, everything will be fine.
