Sometimes when I get ideas...I try to get them recorded so I got them stored. Anyway I took an old riff a friend of mine and me wrote when we were young and punk'd it up a bit. I know its not perfect, I was just noodling about and I know were to tighten it up...but the three guitarists I know must not have anything nice to say about it because they have not sent back an opinion. LOL!!
Anyway you ever notice a guitarist can send you a rough idea of something and you accept that its just a recorded idea nothing else....but you send them something that isn't perfect and they ignore you! Always seems to be a double standard there when it comes to just bouncing ideas around.
Anyway the three guitarist I sent this to are a blues rock guy, a grunge guy, and a acoustic folk guy. I figured one of them would like it to some extent. I have played with all three of them, to the grunge guys credit he said he would listen to it at lunch.
But here it is...the sloppiest bassline in the world recorded with a Peavey Fury Pbass with an SPB-2, Digitech BP-90 on a 12 year old E-machine computer on audacity...with about 5-7 Busch beers involved.
