Hello all, first time poster here. Just getting into bass and I picked up the above bass for pretty cheap as a side project kind of deal. I'm well trained in electronics repair and was wondering if anyone had/could find the schematics for this bass as it's not even listed on the Ibanez website. I managed to find out it was a limited run due to the fact that it only has 3 pots and I'm thinking it's about time to replace them (given the stem came out of one lol). If anyone has any other information on it (manuals, diagrams, etc) that'd be great too!

For the most part, passive basses tend to have one of several standard control setups.

If it's a 3 knob passive (no battery powered pickups or EQ preamp) then it's most like a neck volume, bridge volume, master tone control. If that's the case you can use a Jazz Bass wiring diagram. I've seen that some Ibanez basses use 500 k Ohm instead or the more commonly used 250 k Ohm, but either type should be easy to get.

Actually, I emailed Ibanez and they came through, they said it's some of the oldest documentation they have on file. But yeah, it's basically what you said with 500k pots. The D pot I'll probably use an A pot instead.
