Hey everyone, I’ve recently bought a beautiful Ibanez st-980 8 string bass guitar that is in need of some electrical work. The previous owner had a go at a rewire and gave up and now it is my turn to try bring it back to life. The trouble I have is that I can’t find schematics for it nor clear enough images to follow.
Is there an owner out there willing open up the back plate and take some good images so I can see what’s going on. Maybe one with the preamp lifted out too.
Any help here would be much appreciated.
