Information Request - Juno Bass

i would like to ask the collective knowledge base (bass?) here if anyone can tell me anything about a bass I bought recently. It’s a Juno Sound Innovator. I spent all of $79 on the thing, and I love the way it plays and feels. I like playing it so much i’ve made a few minor modifications, like all new electronics, PUs, etc. before I go ahead and paint the headstock gloss black and put a Fender decal on it, can anyone tell me anything about who made this thing? (OK, I probably won’t paint the headstock, but I have thought about it).

That looks very cool, how does it play/sound? If it were me i wouldn't put a Fender decal on it, just celebrate it for what it is.

It sounds great, but then again I put a set of Seymore Duncan Quarter Pound pickups and all new electrical parts in, and a set of D’Addario Pro Steel strings on. It’s the neck that I really like. I have a Fender Elite Jazz, but for some reason, I like this neck better. I’m sure it’s just me. And no, I wouldn’t change the headstock. I’ve already added the covers, thumb rest, and knobs. No sense in making a complete clone out of it.
