Is harley benton the way to go for a 5 string bass?

I've never owned a five string before, have played a couple of Squier CV and liked them but not enough to buy them. I have now fallen in love with The Warning and would like to add a five string for heavier music. I've been looking at Ibanez/Jackson/Sire but really think that it's unlikely to be played enough (at least at the moment) to warrant dropping £350+ which is more than what I paid for my main bass. I came across the HB B-550 and it looks great, but only really seen praise for its four string equivalent. Was just wondering if anybody had anything positive/negative to report?

I've done some more research and heard that the neck on the HB B-550 is quite chunky? I just about manage with my P bass so it's seeming like a no go for me...
