Is it genuine Fender neck plate shim?

Good day everyone. I'm thinking of buying a neck plate shim for my Fender Jazz Bass and I want it to be genuine, like the ones on Fender American Original 70s Jazz Basses. It costs $30 and I want to be sure it's an original Fender part. The description says it's original and condition is very good. Maybe anyone knows how to spot fake?
There's also numbers 011100 2. I've also seen 011100 1. What do they mean? Does anyone have modern Fender basses with original neck plate gaskets? Do they have numbers on them?

I see no point in spending that much - if it's needed at all. It really isn't necessary at all.
