Previously, I had somehow subscribed to get notifications when media was uploaded to a very active thread I followed. It was nice. When I logged in, I'd see a notification that someone had uploaded a picture and have a link to take me to that post. Is it still possible to do that? If so, could someone please point me to the steps needed to do so?
