Is the BC-1X the same circuit/processor as the Comp section of the ME-50B?

I doubt it. The ME-50B is ancient and the blurb for the BC-1X says "Equipped with cutting-edge BOSS technology".

Also, the pedal is a multi band compressor, I doubt very much that the one on the ME-50B is as well.
