It seems like the orchestra has hired three extremely talented musicians over the last few years for this role (Nina Bernat, Alex Edelmann, Brendan Kane). I'm curious who they have appointed and what has happened over the period? I'll be seeing the orchestra soon as an audience member so I was just curious.

I have removed a post and several replies to it that were disrespectful to a current Talkbass member. We should consider when posting that Talkbass is not a place to be casting aspersions about other payers in the professional world. Many of them are members of this site. And even if they aren't, the practice of talking negatively about other musicians is not one that we condone at Talkbass.
