You are correct sir. The sad part is I have gigs coming up and will have to deal with a RAC big enough to put my stuff in.

Yes that sucks. Did the driver even have a DL or insurance? My wife was hit on two consecutive Mother's Day in a row. In both cases the driver did not have a DL, insurance and could not speak English to the police. Oh yea, and the police did not do anything except writing a ticket to the driver. Very frustrating.

That sucks but at least you know who did it. Too bad they have no insurance! Hopefully your deductible isn't bad and your insurance won't raise your rates since it wasn't your fault!
I have only had a parked vehicle hit once in my life. Unfortunately it was my '69 Dodge Charger that I was storing at my grandparents house while I was in college back in the late 80's. Someone sideswiped it in much the same way as your car. They didn't stop and my grandparents didn't see who did it.

My insurance agent won't be in the office until tomorrow, my deductible ain't too out there and they cover a RAC thank goodness.
