I have a cheap Squier affinity Jazz Bass for some time. Did get it 2th hand for very cheap to get into playing again after a long break.
But the cheap Jazz does play so great, I did start updating it.
I did hope it was possible to take the pick guard off. But it does has the ugly cable routing.... shame.
So I did get a turqoise pick guard to replace the stock white one.
But I also do have a Squier Classic Vibe 50’s P bass since some months now and like the classic looks, and was wondering I could give my Jazz a more classic look.
Because it is a cheap bass it is fun to mess around with.
So I did cut the white pick guard to a small one.
And well, I like the Cabronita like looks.
