Hi everyone,
I emailed Dunlop asking what size screws to use for replacing a set of straplok buttons. I had stripped the existing screws removing them prior to repainting a guitar. They emailed me back less than a day later and ask me how many screws I needed and what my address was. Then, a few days after that, two screws showed up in the mail, free of charge! I think it was pretty cool of them to send me the screws, especially since I didn't even ask for them. Just thought I'd share the good word.

I second the motion on this. I recently had an issue with a set of their nickle Super Bright strings. I emailed them and they got back within the hour and told me they would send two replacement sets. However, when they came they were the wrong gauge. I emailed them back but did not hear from them for almost a week. I emailed them again and heard back within the hour. The rep was extremely apologetic for the over site and told me he would overnight the correct sets. The next day I receive a box that contained SIX sets of strings.

That, my friends, is good customer service.
