Just bought the EHX PitchFork Plus. I can't figure out how to ONLY use it for detuning.

Hey all. I've combed about every gear page I know of and all the YouTube videos pertaining to it, but I just can't seem to figure out a "clean" way of detuning 1/2 and 1 full step quickly and easily. The best solution I've found so far still has me turning the SHIFT1 and SHIFT2 knobs whenever I go between either of those tunings, for example, if I use SHIFT1, I still have to turn the SHIFT 2 knob all the way down and vice-versa for the SHIFT1...that's my 1/2 step. Then, reverse that for the SHIFT2 button.

Now, I'm sure there's at least one thing I'm missing here, but I don't need the chorus effect or harmony effect. I literally only need to be able to bypass, go 1/2 step down, and 1 step down. Please tell me there's a quicker way? My band sometimes rips quickly from one song to another, so I don't want to be the guy f#*king with my pedalboard and messing up that flow.

Thank you for any insight you can provide!

Doesn't it have presets? I don't own the pedal but I'd start there.

Yes, it does have presets, but I'm not certain any would be suitable as a start for just detuning. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But, I've got a lot more messing around with this thing, so hopefully I'll figure it out!

My point was I think you can save the presets. So I'm not sure which one you would start with, but you should be able to create what you need, save them, and then be able to do quick switching between them live.
