Double Bass K&k bassmax combo pro mixer vs k&k rockabilly plus preamp

I'm looking to buy this preamp and when I initially inquired about it I was talking about the k&k rockabilly pre. I didn't realize that it wasnt Infact the pre I was looking for but what I'm wanting to know is if this one is the same as the rockabilly pre? Any past experience or insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, that looks like the same preamp.

Some people like them, but I couldn’t get rid of mine fast enough. The Bass Max wing pickup is OK but the wire to my clicky was microphonic, which was a nightmare, as was adjusting the internal EQ.

Underwood and a Fishman preamp. Trust me.
