Kemper/212 fEARful cab - The most flexible rig imaginable?

So, let's say you are a bass player. You play in a band(or multiple bands) where different sounds are required for each. You like experimenting with pedal-based effects. There is one small part in one song that would be perfect for a flanger, but you'd never use it again.

You want to be able to switch from a bass to something like a bass VI or even a normal guitar. You want to be able to do this live.

Basically, I'm talking about the ultimate combination of flexibility, portability and sound. Does it get any better than matching a Kemper with a fEARful?
 
My route is Crest 2.0 bridged into a 12/6: I put different (mostly) pedal preamps in front of it depending on the gig, and my setup includes an Eventide H9 Max for that time when I need a flanger for one song.
