In February 1972, John Lennon and Yoko Ono co-hosted The Mike Douglas Show – a daytime television talk /variety program that was considered light fare – even though many social and political activists were regular guest. Among the guests that week were Ralph Nader, Jerry Rubin, Dr. Jesse Steinfeld, and John’s most revered rock and roll hero – Chuck Berry.
