Kustom 250 Date

I need help dating a K250 amp. Can't find anything except for guitar amps. This one is early, has a 18 in folded horn cab and is in great condition. Not looking to sell or value just info.

The head should have a serial number on the back. If you tell me what it is, I can get a little closer, but generally with the (giant) 18" folded horn cab, production was approximately '72-'74.

Is this the one on the right of the leaflet photo (1-18B-1)?

If yes, it's a 1971 model (it's on the 1971 price list, not on the 1970s)

Yes, the one on the right, don't care what it's worth, wouldn't dream of parting with it. Was wondering though if you may know how rare it is.

Fairly rare. I've been around gear, including Kustom, for over 50 years. I had never seen even a pic of one in use until about 7 years ago. I then began the quest of finding one for my collection. I finally found one, a charcoal 1972, and bought it in 2012 from the original owner. It also had the original cover.
