Logged out each time I leave

Hi, I have the box checked that should keep me logged in, but each visit I need to supply my credentials.

Any ideas?

Something is preventing the login cookie from being set. Either cookies are disabled or they may need to be cleared…

Thanks for your reply Paul, it makes sense. Of course when I returned just now, I was still logged in.
