Looking for a great amp tech Toronto

Hello,
Brought my amp into L & M three times.... still clipping then cutting out.
GK MB200.
I think they send them out to some place in Pickering.
Any where in Toronto or GTA that folks recommend?
Thanks.

L&M send all of their repairs out to the yorkville techs in Pickering. Personally, I never bring anything to L&M for repairs or even setup - can’t say I’ve ever been satisfied with their service in all these long years.

Anyway, there are a couple great amp techs in the city. I had my 1956 Gibson amp serviced through Cask Music in Leslieville. They sent it out somewhere but the work was done flawlessly and even came back with handwritten notes on what steps to take next if I wanted to improve the amp even further.

The other great place that I take amps (and old pedals, mics, etc) is Superfuzz Audio, near Dovercourt & Dundas. Fantastic guys who know more than you’d ever expect them to about just about everything. Try to call ahead and make sure they’re open before you show up though - they sometimes take strange hours.

I appreciate the tips. I think I used superfuzz many years ago. Cheers.

It's sad that it's taken them 3 tries to discover that they are not qualified to repair it... jeez ;)
