Looking for some recommendations for Powered Mains

[Sub-Frequency]

We blew one of our powered mains this weekend and I need to replace one or both before a gig next weekend. I was running JBL EON's which imo were complete garbage. That said, I've got a JBL PRX 815 sub, which I'm relatively happy with. I'm looking for recommendations. I'm hearing good things about the QSC stuff, but never had any experience with it.

Requirements:

• Venue size is typically 50 - 200
• Must be powered. 1000 watts minimum
• 15" with horn would be preferable, but willing to listen to opinions on this.
• Good clarity

My budget for the pair is about $2500

Anyone have any recommendations?

Have you had a chance to hear the ip3000 series? Thinking about going with many small dispersion drivers this time around.

We use the older K12s and a pair of KW18S. Been doing that for about 5 years and absolutely love them. They've paid for themselves menu times over in successful gigs for dependibility and quality of sound. Worth the investment.

Slightly off the subject but...I have used QSC K12's, then K10's (liked them better) than upgraded to QSCK10.2's. I just made the change to Turbosound ip2000. These will work with your sub if you aux it out. I have done a dozen gigs with these ranging from a 4 piece Sinatra band, to a Who tribute band to an 11 peaice horn band. The sound is very good and it flows. $1000 per side.
