Hi to all the followers. There's some pics of bass building process for a new customer from Chicago.

- Black elm burl top
- Korina body ( hollow-body style )
- black ebony fretboard with MOP dots
- hard ash and hard maple neck with wenge runners Set-in style
- Lorita custom split-coil pickups with wooden covers
- Lorita custom wooden bridge with Ghost piezo saddles
- Passive electronics
- Ebony ramp
- Hipshot tuners
- Satin natural finish

Beautiful bass!! I agree with MrArose13 about the bridge, it immediately caught my eye as well.

Maybe an odd question, but what size knobs are you using on this bass? I'm looking for something similar to put onto my bass.

Hi Photobassist. I use a 16mm machined aluminium knobs. they are smaller than regular knobs.

Hi mate, could you explain what's going on in this pic:

It appears that you are using ebony sanding dust to somehow darken the burl. I'm working on a guitar for my buddy and the back's burl (lime); your darkening technique looks great and I'd like t try! Thanks!

aww, was hoping it was some witchcraft for darkening the grain! The paintbrush really threw me off!
