MarkBass 104HF cabinet: old or new series?

Hi bassplayers,
I'm going to buy a used 104HF standard MarkBass cabinet 8ohm. I found ads for both: the old series with black speakers and silver logo, and the current series with yellow speakers; of course there is also a gap of price between the older ones and the newest.
Looking and the money, I would choose the old, but the difference is not so big, I could also buy the new series.
Something else makes me think: someone says that the old series is better, for assembly, for components, for sound. Is it true, or is it "urban legend"? Maybe, just a way to push the sale for an old cab? with the same story "the old things were better"?
I see that MarkBass is a company very involded in products development, and its history is not so long (15th anniversary in 2016), so it's hard for me to believe that now they are buildind somethong worse than 10 years ago....
Someone can tell me his opinion about this matter?
Also a thecnical detail, if someone knows it: the weight of current series is 25.7 kg (tech specs on their website), the old should be aorund 29 kgs? Someone can confirm?

Thank very much for your help.

I'm not sure of the exact transition but at some point in the last few years production has shifted to Indonesia and driver OEM changed as well.

My Berlin combo and NY151 are both Italian built and 2008 production I believe.

Honestly this rig is one of my best gear purchases with zero buyer's remorse.

I think you would be safe to go with the earlier editions as far and quality and maybe or maybe not have issue with the newer Indo built gear. I haven't any personal experience with them.

Well, i should be a fan of made in Italy, but in another thread someone reply right that a speaker older than 10y could be at the end of its Life, if played hard. On the other Hand, Indonesia spekaer are as current production? I see a lot of owners satisfied of it. I had the chance to try only the Yellow in the past, without knowing its origin, and my current choice for MB cabs is based on that experience that i liked a lot.
