Hey guys I have a question about the wiring of this barrel jack. Just need to know where each tip goes to. I am now thinking I need to move one wire to the outside ground wire but not sure by the way it is a 4 prong/tip jack. Any help is appreciated.

Plug a cable in and use a multimeter or continuity tester to test between the jack tabs and the free end of the cable.

It does look like the unused terminal is the shield.

You should be able to confirm that both visually and with a continuity test between the terminal and outer end of the jack bushing.

If there is a ring terminal, it will also read continuity to the shield of a plugged in mono cable.
