MS60b- Storing edited patches

I have had this pedal for awhile and mainly used it as a tuner and chorus. I have downsized my pedalboard, and have started editing and saving patches to use in the ABCD list that I can toggle through to imitate the pedals I removed.
I have been doing this a long time and had tons of pedals, and this one has been one of the most frustrating. I can save a patch to the ABCD list, it can show as saved, but when I toggle through to hear the patches on the list it is just my straight tone on some of the patches. It doesn't always happen though. Auto save is on. I even reset to factory presets but have the same results. What am I doing wrong.

Indeed. For a deceptively simple looking pedal there is so much going on with 3 knobs that are also buttons, the 4 buttons around the footswitch and the footswitch, plus all the various hidden menus...
that is why I use ToneLib.Zoom to access all the menu items so much easier.

Thanks for the response By bypass switch are you referring to the footswitch?

Yes, the footswitch. You turn on, press center knob once, should display patch list. You press the footswitc and current patch name and number are displayed in big font. Further stomps of the footswitch will cycle thru' all marked (A,BC,...) patches, showing name/number in the same way. Holding the footswitch you turn on the tuner, turns off by a single stomp and goes back to the currently selected patch.

I am back to my original problem, which was the patches I create and store in the ABCD list periodically not working when selected. I saved the patches as recommended above, and last night everything worked great. I hit the middle button, the list comes up, I tap the footswitch and the presets I created and assigned in the ABCD list come up and play perfectly. This morning, the names of the patches display, but again it is just my regular bass tone with no effects applied. I don't get it.

Sorry to detail the thread talking about HPFs.

I don't think I've ever experienced that problem with the preset patches not loading properly. They only time I can think of something similar is when I've been messing around with the specific effects in the patches and forgot to turn an effect back on before heading to the menu. (For example, turning off all the other effects to set a compressor first in a chain and then exiting before reengaging the effects after the compressor.)

You said you did a factory reset, did you install the update too? I think there was a major update in 2017.
