It appears to be a fuzz pedal with the ability to add an octave down, so not quite completely independent like the Zeus's two circuits. It definitely is the BOD circuit for the octave, but it's not the Bass Fuzz Deluxe for the fuzz side.

This has a lot more tweakability than the Zeus, but I'm not sure (esp by the video) those features would help it sound better than the Zeus.
