NAMM Bands

In all my years of attending, I've never seen a bad band playing on the Hilton or Marriott stages. There are some that are not my cup of tea of course, but the level of talent presented has always ranged from good to amazing. YMMV of course :)

Yeah, that's kinda how I feel. Everyone I've seen has brought their A game. But I can't see them all, just not enough time. So if there's a TB connection or something, I want to try to make the time.

What about gigs around the show (in Anaheim or somewhere around LA)? NAMM usually brings a lot of great musicians to town, so I'm sure there will be a lot of concerts this year as well.
I'm pretty late with my planning for this years show, so I haven't yet checked out the usual venue's calendars. What are you going to see? Have you heard of anything that you can recommend?

Well, I'm going to a couple of events for sure. On Thursday night the Guitar Jam at JT Schmid's, and on Friday the Bass Bash at the Phoenix Club.

But it's those easy to get to mini shows right next to the convention center that I'm interested in. I agree with what someone previously said, in that they're all good. They're all bringing their A game. I was just wondering if anyone here knew someone or was a fan already.
