My second NBD this month! After returning the SpectorCore, I picked up a MIM Jazz Deluxe V for $450 from MusicGoRound. It's got the classic Jazz bass sound. The 34" scale and neck profile is more comfortable to me. I think the sound guy will be happy too after all the odd basses I've brought in over the years!
