NBD - Kramer Focus 420S

This showed up at the local Goodwill a few weeks ago, with a nice condition stand. They wanted $120 which was way too much. Sunday this color tag went on sale half price, and Monday after work it was still there so I grabbed it. My gf (it's her pile of laundry) happened to be there so she gave me her 20% discount on top of that so it was $48. I'd been wanting something cheap to experiment with flats and P bass sounds. The stickers gotta go, but it is solid and plays well. Pots are smooth but a little scratchy. I plugged it in and more than anything it sounds like my Harmony bass, which is a powerful little short scale starter, but the Kramer has more sustain. I have yet to pull the pickguard and see how the wiring looks, but there is no hum and the jack is solid.
