Finally got my hands on an Ernie Ball Music Man US Sterling, thanks to the kind folks at Bajaao in India. I'll be honest. This was not my preferred finish, but when you live in India, your choices are limited. Thankfully, it plays like a dream.
Love the weight, and all said and done, I don't really mind the look too much either. The neck is absolutely fantastic, but I'll be honest...I still prefer my Caprice. I also own a Cutlass, and I love that neck too, making this the third best neck I have played. That said, the tones are incredible and it goes really well with my Sansamp.
If you guys have an HH, what is your preferred pickup + EQ combination? And what kind of music do you use it for?
