Hello my fellow lowenderettes and lowenders,
today I had my first New Bass Day in 2022.
I got a Sire P5 5 string in red.
And what can I say? This thing is almost perfect...even way out of its price range.
I had some problems with the D5 (you might have seen my review on it), some which were taken care of.
But the P5...holy cow. A thunderous lowend and crystal clear defined mids and treble.
The tone knob works perfectly from very nuanced tones to the muffled ones.
And again...the roasted maple neck with rolled edges is just plain insane for that money.
4.2 kilogramms are quite good for a 5 string.
Sire knocked it out of the park with this one.
I will do a video review in my usual format, where I Show different techniques and a Demo for the tone knob, but as my job has its iron Grips on me, it might take some time.
'Till then: May you all stay well and creative!
-Robert
