Need help. Amp sounds like geiger counter...

So my band was jamming tonight and we stopped to take a break. Flipped my amp into stand by (Traynor YBA200-2). Came back and flipped the stand by switch. Started making a geiger counter ish type of noise. Still has clear sound and volume but the noise won't go away. Tried a different speaker cable. Plugged it in to a outlet in another room. Doesn't change when you adjust the volume. I had another set of pre amp tubes and swapped them just for the heck of it and no change. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Here's a video of the sound

Could be a bad electrolytic cap in the power amp section, or something with the feedback loop. Does it change in any way if you flip the impedance switch?

Also, rotate the resonance control, this is directly in the feedback loop; see if that affects any change.

@agedhorse would probably know what it is....

but are you able to call Traynor and ask for Tech advice?

You might try running it on tw

If it's a bad tube, you may be able to narrow it down by pulling 2 output tubes, one from each side of the push-pull arrangement, and test it for oscillation using only two output tubes, rather than four. If it still makes noise, exchange the tubes with the two you pulled and try it again. Power the amp down each time when removing or plugging in the tubes.

I've seen amps chatter from cel phone RF if the phone is in close proximity to the amp, but it usually sounds more random timing-wise and faster than your audio clip.
