Need opinions on lightweight bass amps

I have the option of either of these two:

Ampeg PF500 with 210HE
Fender Rumble 500 with 410

I know there is lots of posts regarding the reliability of the Ampeg etc etc but in more after the opinions tone/sound wise please. Thank you

Fender, especially with the 410.

The Rumbles are pretty reliable and versatile amps. Nothing wrong with the Pf500, but given the choice above.... its the Fender for me
