Yikes , what a disappointment tonight!
I took the amp out to play Bakers Keyboard Lounge in Detroit and the amp sounded great for one song then the rest was awful.
The amp started cutting in and out with little or no volume.
The power lights were flickering and the sound reduced to almost nothing.
I wound up playing through the house Hartke rig with 4 x10" aluminum speakers.

I have never experienced this with mine - sorry to hear you had to deal with this. The closest I've come to the lights flickering was when I went through a period when my regular Flightcase would power down mid-tune. Turns out I had inadvertently switched out the power cable with one that was slightly larger on the amp side and it would vibrate loose. Once ainswqpped that out, it's been fine. Please keep us up to date on your situation.

I called the Phil Jones repair department and they have yet to return my call.
With a 30 day return policy and $1,200 on the line I have decided to ship the amp back.
This is the downside to shopping online with no local customer service.
Now I have to pay $51.00 to ship the amp back because I can't get service.
The sales department at Alto Music has been a joy to work with and Mike Albronda has been on pointe but the thought of getting "stuck" with a defective product is unsettling.
Best amp I every played for one song,lol!
Time to try the 1,000 watt QSC K8 and my Headway.

Keep trying to contact them - they are a small operation but in my experience they stand by their products.
