New member with A Fender P Bass Neck Mystery

Hello! I’ve been a drummer since age 7 and started playing bass 2 years ago. About 2 months ago I found this bass neck in the basement of a defunct tattoo shop. I’ve figured out it’s from a Japanese P Bass. I believe it’s one of the much sought after narrow necks. ?? - I haven’t had much luck on the serial number as it seems the MIJ basses are no longer listed? I have no idea. Any help or direction would be welcome. I’m not against “Frankensteining” this neck to another bass. Thoughts are welcome. Thanks!

I’ve seen the reverb posts. Fender serial number lookup does not work for this, which is why I’m posting. I’ve googled. Looking for new info. Thanks I e already been to the posted links and many more.
