Finally!!! Pulled the trigger last Friday and got this amazing piece of technology, the Alpha Omega Ultra. I made the purchase due to the fact I really wanted distortion and EQ for my rig,but mainly because my amp stays at the rehearsal spot and I have no practice amp. I thought the headphone capabilities would be quite handy. Unfortunately I
1. haven't had much time to play with it and
2. the tones I'm getting through my headphones are atrocious.
Maybe it's the headphones? Maybe it's the active pickups in my basses? Maybe I need more time to find a tone I like? Nonetheless I'm excited to own one of these pedals and look forward to running it in front of my Mesa M6 Carbine!!
