Non-music related. I am planning to go to this event as a spectator and thought it was a cool opportunity to meet some members here and just watch something different.

Let me know.

If you’re going to an actual arm wrestling event, you’d better go wearing a baseball hat.....

..and you’d better turn it the **** around.

To paraphrase the hand surgeon who was examining me after I'd injured some fingers:

"Arm wrestling? That seems like a pretty stupid hobby for a musician."

I'm not competing, I just want to watch. Sounds like fun and interesting. I also been at a ladies roller derby and that was brutal and fun. Doing that again too.

This isn't too far from me.

There was a bar called, The Ratskeller, on Union Turnpike years ago.

I don't know if it's still there.

I don't think I'll be going to this event, but thanks for posting this, fingerguy.

Mike ;)
I think there maybe two or three business on all of union turnpike that have lasted more than a decade. The turnover on the whole stretch is ridiculous the last few years.
