On-Demand Band Merch- What are you using?

I use Redbubble. Profit margin is whatever you want it to be (you set the %). The advantage of print-on-demand is you can offer a lot of different types of merch. At the end of the day, I haven't had much in the way of sales.

I just ordered 100 t-shirts in assorted sizes from 5 Boys Apparel. 100 one-color shirts for $350. Very satisfied with the quality of the shirt and silkscreening. Turnaround was slow, but it's a good value if you're not in a hurry.

I handle the merch for 2 bands, I'm against this as the only choice. As a guy who goes to shows all the time (just went to king diamond monday) the first place I go is to merch booth. Noting beats having something for people to see, touch and get on the spot. The on demand thing is the lazy way IMO. It could be cool as an extra website thing in addition to physical merch. Yes, it's a pain. We pay a girl to set up and sell but it's a great profit for really little work.
