Opinion on this mod idea I have?

So I just got a Cort B5 for ridiculously cheap. About 300 dollars new with all the plastic still on. I've had this idea for a while, and want some feedback.
So basically the idea is this

• Replace the low B with a high C
• Install a D-Tuner on the E-String, to get some lower notes back, and still retain the E string
• Remove the stock Bartolinis, and replace them with passive, more vintage sounding pickups, preferably something P-bass sounding
• Remove the bridge and replace it with a Hipshot bass tremolo
• Swap out the nut for an adjustable Warwick brass

So basically, it's gonna be a super-versatile piece of equipment, a little out there sure, but I want some opinions here. What do you guys think? It's basically gonna be a 6-string fit on a standard 5-string, minus 2 low notes.

Sounds good to me, but I've personally have never seem the need of a tremolo on a bass.
You should have posted a pic and you might get more responds.
