Opinions on MusicMan Reflex and game changer

Hi all,

i am considering getting a musicman reflex with gamechanger so i am looking for your views on how useful it is. Especially the USB and Midi ports. Do you use them and what are they good for? Also does the bass sound good straight from the normal jack?

I was thinking it would be a good recording bass with lost of options but you know it is...sometimes you never use the options?

My Reflex HSS 5 doesn't have the Gamechanger so I won't be much help.
Incredibly versatile instrument tho even without the Gamechanger.

If you have short arms, this may not be the right instrument for you. Somehow it's a big reach.

Thanks blast off and lance for your replies. Luckily i do have long arms bit of a knuckle dragger. The versatility is appealing but given teh number of replies there doesnt seem to be much going on in talkbass on the reflex. maybe everyone just loves the Stingrays!
