Nice pickguard though.
This bass reminds me of something you'd find at Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. Faux seaside kitsch. That pickguard though is super far out, almost sunbleached. I really like it. Everything else on it looks good though.it was a very abused 1969 P body!! light as a feather!

The Pickguard is a custom made
'Spitfire" Pickguard.... I'm not sure if I will Refinish The Body....Gonna Rock Her As Is For A Bit And See!!
I've seen spitfire's stuff before. Very nice, and very pricey! I thought that this was the original guard and that maybe it'd been caught out in the sun too long.
