Peavey Black Widow Recone?

This guy is selling two 15" Black Widows for $40. But he said they need to be reconed or have the baskets replaced. I'm not entirely sure what that means but I know you can buy kits to fix that. Is this a good deal? Am I saving money if I bought these and got them fixed? Or should I just buy new ones.
They're for my Peavey 215 cab

It is easy to swap the magnet over to one of the replacement baskets they sell. Those replacements are running about $120 so after the $20 for the speaker you're paying $140 for a BW. I don't know if that would be enough savings for me, I might try to hunt deals on a new one.
